- Beginners FitCamp Training is created for individuals that are looking to take their fitness regiment to the next level. Â Each workout is customized and geared towards fat loss, calorie burn, and toning.
- Beginner's level is for all shapes, sizes, and genders. Â
- Please bring 2 lb or 3 lb dumbbells, water, sm towel, and a mat to each session.
