- FitCamp Training is created for individuals that are looking to take their fitness regiment to the next level. Each workout is customized and geared towards fat loss, calorie burn, and toning.Â
- ALL fitness levels, shapes, sizes, and genders. Â
- Please bring 2 lb or 3 lb dumbbells, water, sm towel, and a mat to each session.

Mon:Â 4am, 6:45pmÂ
Tues:Â 4am, 6:45pm
Wed:Â 4am, 6:45pm
Thurs:Â 4am, 6:45pm
*Friday 4am onlyÂ
UNLIMITED FITCAMP PASS: Unlimited pass covers FitCamp Classes ONLY & does not include Weight Training, Spin, or Step Classes.  You may attend as many FitCamp classes as you desire during the 2 week periodÂ
BEGINNERS FITCAMP: Â Class times Tue & Thurs 5:45pm
WEIGHT TRAINING: Â Weight Training is a 3Day pass.Â
