Join us for a high-energy, full-body workout led by Carlos and Fit Junky! This class will focus on glutes and abs by combining strength training to build muscle and tone your body with heart-pumping HIIT intervals to boost endurance and burn calories.
With two expert trainers guiding you, you’ll receive personalized tips, encouragement, and modifications to suit any fitness level. Expect a variety of exercises, from resistance-based strength circuits to explosive cardio bursts, all designed to challenge and energize you.

Classes will be held Saturday at 7AM.
